FAMILY

Dave moved to Peterborough in 1989 to attend Trent University, fell in love with the community and decided to make it his home.  He and Lorien were married in the most Peterborough way possible, stating their vows while ascending the historic Lock 21 aboard the Island Princess.  Dave's children attend his alma mater Trent University, and the University of Guelph.

• 2018-now MPP for Peterborough-Kawartha

• Manager of Product Development for Cardinal Software and principal developer on three of the companies software packages currently being used by 82% of the school boards in Ontario.

• Project Manager for the development of KPRDSB's Individual Education Plan tool and developed a software tool for the Cooperative Education departments of Kawartha Pine Ridge and Peterborough Victoria Northumberland Clarington Catholic district school boards.
